Many people online seem to think that everything in cyberspace is just there for the taking (or more accurately the stealing). A friend of mine was outraged one time when she discovered a teacher actually had plagiarized her writing. It's no wonder kids seem to think that writing papers is basically an exercise in copy and paste.
