I hope everyone had a great holiday season. We had a lot of fun, but also spent a lot of time doing business and marketing planning. In the process, we thought a lot about what worked and didn't work in 2009. Upon reflection, I realized that the people I most enjoyed working with all have one thing in common: they love books.
